Petrojam Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply Electrical Equipment and Fittings for the Wastewater Treatment Project.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:           
a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or a copy of the Tax Compliance Letter (TCL);
a valid National Contracts Commission Certificate (NCC) in the category of Electrical Appliances & Equipment and/or Electrical & Communication Supplies
Bids submitted without the aforementioned documents will be rejected.
Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Monday, January 16, 2017 to Friday, January 27, 2017 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., at a cost of Three Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$3000.00) in the form of cash or manager’s cheque. Failure to purchase the bidding documents directly from Petrojam Limited shall result in the rejection of the bid.
Clarifications related to this procurement activity may be directed to:  Attention: Wastewater Project Electrical Equipment @ bidqueries@petrojam.com, no later than Monday, January 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Wastewater Project Electrical Equipment” in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Friday, February 3, 2017 at 10:00a.m.   Late bids will be rejected.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on February 3, 2017 at 10:05a.m. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
