Scope: Petrojam Limited hereby invites sealed bids from bidders for the Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services at its facilities at 75-96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, Lot 3 Newport West, Kingston 15 and Freeport, Montego Bay facility.
The expected duration of the contract is two (2) years.
Eligibility Requirements: (1)Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC); (2) Valid Public Procurement Commission Letter of Registration in the categoryof Janitorial, Sanitation Services including Grounds Maintenance.
Bidding Documents in English will be available for download as at Monday, March 15, 2021 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions are available on the website listed on the system. Registration is required for bidders to participate in the Tender.
Bids shall be valid for a period two hundred (200) calendar days after the bid closing date. Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than Friday, April 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.
