Petrojam Limited invites bidders to submit bids for the Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services at its Refinery located at 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kinston 15, Lot 3 Newport West, Kington 15 and Montego Bay Industrial Loading Rack, Freeport, Montego Bay. The estimated duration of this procurement activity is Two (2) years.
The Scope of Works includes but is not limited to the following:
To supply materials, supervision, labour, transportation, tools, equipment, quality assurance and other services necessary to carryout Grounds Maintenance Services.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:
Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL).
Valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) Certificate in the category of Janitorial Sanitation, Services specializing in Grounds Maintenance.
Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Monday, April 11, 2016 to Wednesday, April 20, 2016 between the hours of 9:00a.m., and 4:00p.m., at a cost of Two Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$2000.00) in the form of cash or manager’s cheque.
Site Visit
A mandatory Site Visit will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Petrojam Limited, Kingston Refinery, 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, Jamaica, W.I. location. All interested contractors are required to attend and can contact Fabian Campbell (923-8611-5; fpc@petrojam.com to make arrangements to attend. Safety shoes, hats and glasses are required for the site visit.

Clarifications related to this tender may be directed to Attention: Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services at bidqueries@petrojam.com no later than Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 2:00p.m.
Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services” in the lobby area of the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited’s at 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Monday, April 25, 2016 at 11:00a.m. Late bids will be rejected.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 at Monday, April 25, 2016 at 11:05a.m. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bidding process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
