Scope: Petrojam Limited is desirous of contracting a qualified supplier to provide manpower and equipment to service, inspect and conduct maintenance of the oil spill equipment; and to respond to oil spill emergencies. This service is for a one (1) year period at Petrojam facilities located at 75 – 96 Marcus Garvey Drive and Montego Bay Industrial Loading Rack (MILR); and Petrojam owned petroleum haulage activities.
 
Eligibility Requirements: (1) Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL); (2) Proof of registration with Public Procurement Commission (PPC) (formerly NCC) of Jamaica in the category of category of Industrial Maintenance Grade 3 or Mechanical Works Grade 3 minimum or Equipment Maintenance Services.
 
Bidding Documents in English will be available for download as at Monday, September 28, 2020 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions are available on the website listed on the system. Registration is required for bidders to participate in the Tender.
 
Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the bid closing date. Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm  no later than Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Online Bid Opening takes place on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 11:05 a.m. where an online bid opening report will be sent to all bidders that submitted a proposal.
