Scope: Petrojam Limited hereby invites bids from experienced contractors to supply all labour, supervision, material, equipment, tools and transportation to carry out the works as associated with implementing a Fall Arrest System at the Montego Bay Industrial Loading Rack (MILR).  
Eligibility Requirements: (1) Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL); (2) Proof of registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) (formerly NCC) in the category of Civil Engineering Works Grade 3 minimum.
Bidding Documents in English will be available for download as at Monday, October 12, 2020 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website Registration instructions are available on the website listed on the system. Registration is required for bidders to participate in the Tender.
Bids shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after the bid closing date. Bids must be submitted online via  no later than Monday, November 02, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Online Bid Opening takes place on Monday, November 02, 2020 at 11:05 a.m. An online bid opening report will be sent to all bidders who submitted a proposal.
A mandatory Site Visit will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at the Petrojam Limited’s Montego Bay Industrial Loading Rack (MILR) located at Freeport Montego Bay St. James. The failure of a bidder to attend the mandatory site visit will result in rejection of the bid.
