Petrojam Limited invites firms to submit pre-qualification applications for its Chemical Supply and Services- Refinery Processes and Utilities project. The duration of the project is three (3) years.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered eligible, applicants must submit the following documents with their applications:
Applicant Submission Form – demonstrating that there is no conflict of interest
Business Registration/Incorporation Certificate
Company Profile – demonstrating that the firm has provided Chemicals and Support Services for Refinery Processes and Utilities to the Oil Refining/Petrochemical Industry in the last five (5) years
Failure to submit the above information shall result in the rejection of the application.
Pre-qualification Documents
Pre-Qualification Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Wednesday, December 28, 2016 through Friday, January 20, 2017 between 9:00a.m. – 4:00p.m., or via an email request to bidqueries@petrojam.com.
Clarifications
Clarifications related to this pre-qualification exercise may be directed to bidqueries@petrojam.com, no later than Monday, January 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
Deadline for Submission of Applications
Pre-qualification applications shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Pre-qualification: Chemical Supply and Services- Refinery Processes and Utilities” located in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Friday, January 27, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Late applications will be rejected.
Opening of Pre-qualification Applications
Applications will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 2:05 p.m. Applicants and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
Please note that this is not an Invitation to Bid. Full bidding procedures will be provided to only firms that have successfully pre-qualified.
Petrojam Limited reserves the right to reject any application(s) or to terminate the process at any point without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
