Petrojam Limited invites bidders to submit bids for its Oil Spills and Emergency Response project at its Refinery located at 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston. The expected duration of this project is one (1) year.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:
Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).
Valid registration with the National Contracts Commission in the category of Mechanical Works, Grade 3 minimum.
Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Monday, September 4, 2017 – Wednesday, September 13, 2017 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., at a cost of Two Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$2000) in the form of cash or manager’s cheque. Failure to purchase the bidding documents directly from Petrojam Limited shall result in the rejection of the bid.

Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Oil Spills and Emergency Response” located in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Monday, September 18, 2017at 2:00 p.m. Late bids will be rejected.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 2:05 p.m. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bidding process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
