Petrojam Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Main Dock Electrical Materials.
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:
a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or a copy of the Tax Compliance Letter (TCL);
a valid National Contracts Commission Certificate (NCC) in the category of Electrical and Communication Supplies.
Bids submitted without the aforementioned documents will be rejected.
Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Tuesday, October 18, 2016 to Thursday, October 27, 2016 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. at Petrojam’s Corporate Office located at 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 or via an email request to email@example.com. Failure to request/collect the bidding documents directly from Petrojam Limited shall result in the rejection of the bid.
Clarifications related to this procurement activity may be directed to: Attention: Main Dock Electrical Materials at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Friday, October 28, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Main Dock Electrical Materials” in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 no later than Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 11:00a.m. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 11:05a.m. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
