Petrojam Limited now invites sealed bids from bidders for Procurement of a New Ambulance.
Contract Award Requirement
Bidders are not required to provide Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) and National Contracts Commission (NCC) certificate at the time of bid submission.
Local bidders, if successful, will be required to provide a valid Tax Compliance Certificate and a valid National Contracts Commission certificate in the category of Motor Vehicles and Spares prior to contract award.
A Bid Security in the amount of Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (US$2,850.00) is also to be submitted with the bid proposal.
Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Monday, March 20, 2017 to Friday, April 7, 2017 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., or via an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clarifications related to this procurement activity may be directed to: Attention: Procurement of a New Ambulance at email@example.com, no later than Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days after the bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Procurement of a New Ambulance” in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 2:05 p.m. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
