Petrojam Limited invites bidders to submit bids for the Piping Installation –Product Return System KILR its Refinery located at 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15. The estimated duration of this procurement activity is 38 Calendar days.
Scope: The Contractor is required to supply the necessary manpower, equipment, tools, transportation, materials and supervision, (except as noted herein as being Owner-furnished) to carry out the Piping Installation for the Product Return System at the Kingston Industrial Loading Rack (KILR) located in Kingston, Jamaica.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:
Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL).
Valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) Certificate in the category of Mechanical Works and Industrial Maintenance
Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Tuesday, June 13, 2017 – Wednesday, June 21, 2017 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., at a cost of Two Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$2000.00) in the form of cash or manager’s cheque. Failure to purchase the bidding document directly from Petrojam Limited shall result in the rejection of the Bid
A mandatory Site Visit will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Petrojam Limited 75-96 Marcus Garvey Drive, location. All bidders are required contact Jennifer Walker 923-8611-5; Jennifer.walker@petrojam.com) to make arrangements to attend. Safety shoes, hats and glasses are required for the site visit. The failure of a bidder to attend the mandatory site visit will result in rejection of the bid.

Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Piping Installation –Product Return System KILR” in the lobby area of the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited’s at 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 3:00p.m. Late bids will be rejected.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 at 3:05p.m Wednesday, June 28, 2017. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bidding process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
