Petrojam Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Pipeline Inspection and Maintenance Project.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:
a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL);
a valid National Contracts Commission Certificate (NCC) in the category of Mechanical Works Grade 3 Minimum.
Bids submitted without the aforementioned documents will be rejected.
COLLECTION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Tuesday, July 12, 2016 to Thursday, July 21, 2016 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., at a cost of Two Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$2000) in the form of cash or manager’s cheque. Failure to purchase the bidding documents directly from Petrojam Limited shall result in the rejection of the bid.
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Monday, July 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Petrojam Limited, Kingston Refinery, 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, JAMAICA W.I. location. All bidders are required to contact Brian Case/ Lloyd Tyme (# 923-8611-5; ltyme@petrojam.com or bmc@petrojam.com) to make arrangements to attend. Safety shoes, hats and glasses are required for the site visit. The failure of a bidder to attend the mandatory site visit will result in rejection of the bid.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bids shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Pipeline Inspection and Maintenance” in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Late bids will be rejected.
BID OPENING
Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 10:05a.m. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
