Petrojam Limited hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement EKT Dock Fender Installation at its Kingston Refinery located at 96 Marcus Garvey Drive.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:
Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate(TCC)
Proof of registration with the National Contracts Commission’s certificate in the category of Marine Engineering Grade 4 minimum and/ or Marine Services
A mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Petrojam Limited, Kingston Refinery, 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, Jamaica, W.I. location.
Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Monday, February 20, 2017 to Tuesday, February 28, 2017 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., at a cost of Two Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$2000) in the form of cash or manager’s cheque. Failure to purchase the bidding documents directly from Petrojam Limited shall result in the rejection of the bid.

Clarifications related to this procurement activity may be directed to: Attention: EKT Dock Fender Installation @ bidqueries@petrojam.com, no later than Monday, March 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labelled “EKT Dock Fender Installation” in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam, and 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Late bids will be rejected.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 2:05 p.m. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
