Petrojam Limited invites qualified haulage contractors to submit bids for the provision of Petroleum Haulage Services. The duration of the project is two (2) years.
To be considered eligible, applicants must submit the following documents with their submissions:
A valid Jamaican Tax Compliance Certificate.
A valid Letter of Registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the category of “Transportation and Haulage (specializing in Petroleum Haulage).”
Bidding Documents are available from the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 76-96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Monday, December 9, 2019 through Wednesday, February 19, 2020 between 9:00a.m. – 4:00p.m. or via an email request to bidqueries@petrojam.com.
Clarifications related to this exercise may be directed to bidqueries@petrojam.com no later than Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 2:00pm
Bid submissions shall be deposited in the tender box labeled “Petroleum Haulage Services” located in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 76-96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Friday, February 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Late bids will be rejected.
Bid submissions will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 76-96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on Friday, February 21, 2020 at 2:05 p.m. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
Petrojam Limited reserves the right to reject any bid submission(s) or to terminate the process at any point without incurring any liability to any of the participants
