Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their packages:
1. Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or equivalent for overseas companies.
Collection of Expression of Interest packages
Expression of Interest packages will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Monday, June 13, 2016 to Wednesday June 22, 2016 between the hours of 9:00AM and 4:00PM. A request for the package to be sent electronically can be made through Bidqueries@petrojam.com

Deadline for Submission of Packages
Submissions shall be deposited in a tender box labeled “Expression of Interest – Expert Advisory and Technical
Engineering Support Services Relating to Tank Cleaning” in the Lobby at Petrojam Limited’s Procurement Office,
75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Friday, July 1, 2016 at 10:00AM. Submissions may also be
submitted electronically to quotation@petrojam.com. Late submissions will be rejected.
Only shortlisted companies will be further considered.
Petrojam Limited reserves the right to terminate the process at any point without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
