Petrojam Limited wishes to procure a suitable 750 cfm, 125 psig Diesel Engine driven portable air compressor and necessary spare parts.
Contract Award Requirement
Bidders are not required to provide Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) and National Contracts Commission (NCC) certificate at the time of bid submission.
Local bidders if successful will be required to provide a valid Tax Compliance Certificate and a valid National Contracts Commission certificate in the category of Industrial, Construction Equipment and Machinery prior to contract award.
Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents will be available from the Receptionist, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 as of Monday, January 16, 2017 to Thursday, February 9, 2017 between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m., or via an email request to bidqueries@petrojam.com.

Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the bid closing and shall be deposited in the tender box labeled Supply of 750 cfm, 125 psig Diesel Engine Portable Air Compressor” in the Lobby at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15, no later than Monday, February 13, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Late bids will be rejected.
Bid Opening
Bids will be opened at the Procurement Unit, Petrojam Limited, 75 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 2:35 p.m. Bidders and/or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
