Jodi Graham

Mrs. Jodi Graham was appointed Manager, Refinery Production in June 2021.  She now leads a skilled team of refining professionals responsible for the safe and efficient operation and optimization of the Refinery, which includes Process Units, Utilities, Marine Docks, Storage Facilities, and the Distributed Control System (DCS).  

Jodi joined Petrojam Limited in 2005 as a Refinery Process Engineer, and in 2008 she was appointed to the Refinery Upgrade Project team within the Strategic Planning & Business Support Department. She was promoted in 2011 to Senior Supervisor, Process Engineering in the Refinery Production Department.

Mrs. Graham is a UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office Chevening Scholar with a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Energy Futures from Imperial College London (UK) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine, Trinidad). She holds the designations of Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Jodi is also a member of several professional organizations in the fields of energy, engineering, and project management. Jodi has served as a leader on the Council on Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership – Jamaica Chapter, the Jamaica Institution of Engineers, and the University of Technology Chemical Engineering Advisory Board.  She has also served as the chairperson of Petrojam’s Community Outreach Committee and has represented the company in Business House Netball competitions.
