Hon. James Robertson (right), Minister of Energy and Mining, witnesses the signing of contract between Winston Watson (centre), General Manager of Petrojam Ltd. and Robert de Vlaming, Regional Manager of Boskalis Westminster Overseas for the dredging of the EKT/PETROJAM Subsidiary Dock at Petrojam’s offices on February 24, 2010.  Dredging will increase the water depth and facilitate the dock to accept 25,000 ton ships.  The project is scheduled to commence on March 5 for a duration of approximately 10 days at a cost of US$625,000.00.  Work is in progress to restore Petrojam’s main dock to its original capacity following the incident on June 1, 2009 when the ship M/T Great News, while transporting crude oil to the Petrojam Refinery, collided into the company’s dock.  Photographer – Phillip Lynch
